Thank you for purchasing S.I. Groups' products from S.I. Groups, spol. s.r.o . S.I. Groups, spol. s.r.o does not refund purchases, an exchange can be made for damaged goods if vaild evidence (such as photographic or video) is presented within two days of receiving shipment. The verdict of the exchange relies solely on S.I. Groups and an exchange shall only pass upon the mutual agreement of S.I. Groups, spol. s.r.o and the client.

In order to be eligible for an exchange of damaged goods, you have to return the damaged products within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and further undamaged in any way.

After we receive your items, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange. The dmaged goods will be exchanged for the equivalent exchange. Further guidlines are available at our 'Terms of Trade' site. The exchange process may take up to 10 to 15 business days for the goods to pass inspection, exchange and shipment.

If the product is damaged in any way after the first two days of receiving shipment, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange,
